The glass processing base of Jiangsu Yaoxing Safety Glass Co., Ltd. is located in Jurong Airport New District, close to Jiangning University City and Jiangning Development Zone, only 12 kilometers away from Nanjing International Airport, with convenient transportation. It is a large-scale production enterprise integrating glass processing and trade in the surrounding areas of Nanjing.
The company covers an area of 70 acres, with over 22,000 square meters of standard factory buildings. It is equipped with multiple advanced forced convection double-chamber tempering furnaces, bending furnaces, homogenization furnaces, colored glaze production lines, fully automated laminated glass production lines, and fully automated insulating glass production lines. Additionally, it is fitted with fully automated glass cutting machines, fully automated double-sided grinders, and other glass processing equipment, capable of producing offline and online low-emissivity (LOW-E) glass, as well as various configurations of laminated, insulating, and decorative glass.
Oversized tempered glass, laminated glass, insulating glass, screen printing and fireproof glass are the company's unique products, and its production technology is also in a high position in the domestic counterparts.
