1. On-line high temperature pyrolysis precipitation method

On-line high-temperature pyrolysis precipitation method is the main method to produce on-line Low-E glass. Online Low-E glass in the United States is the main product of many companies, such as PPG, Ford and so on. This product is in the float glass cooling process, liquid metal or metal powder is sprayed on the glass surface, as the glass cools, the metal film becomes a part of the glass. Therefore, the film layer is hard and durable. The "Low-E" glass produced by this method has many advantages: it can be hot bent, tempered, does not have to be used in the air, and can be stored for a long time.

2. Off-line vacuum magnetron sputtering method

The "Low-E" glass produced by vacuum magnetron sputtering is different from the high temperature pyrolysis precipitation method. The glass produced by sputtering is offline. The production of Low-E glass by sputtering process requires a layer of pure silver film as a functional film, and the pure silver film is between the two layers of metal oxide film. The metal oxide film provides protection to the pure silver film and acts as an intermediate layer between the film layers to increase color purity and photoemission.
