Tempered glass

Tempered glass through the tempered glass production line, the glass is heated to the softening point, the use of high-speed high-pressure cold air to quickly and evenly cool the glass. After the tempering treatment, the surface of the glass forms a uniform compressive stress, and the internal tensile stress is formed, which effectively improves the bending and impact resistance of the glass.

Laminated glass

Laminated glass is made of two or more pieces of glass, with one or more layers of polyvinyl butyral film (PVB), after cleaning, sheet, initial pressure, high pressure and other processes.

Hollow glass

Hollow glass is a product formed by sandwiching an aluminum alloy partition frame filled with desiccant between two or more pieces of glass, and the aluminum alloy and glass are bonded with butyl glue and then sealed with polysulfide glue or silica gel.

Fireproof glass

The single-piece firewall is a special glass that is composed of a single piece of glass and meets the corresponding fire resistance rating requirements and can maintain its fire integrity in the specified fire resistance test. Refractory integrity refers to the ability to prevent the flame from penetrating or preventing the flame from appearing on the back fire surface within a certain period of time when one side of the fireproof glass is subjected to fire under standard fire test conditions.

Screen printing glass

Using the equipment and technology introduced in Italy, the ink of different colors is tempered on the float glass through screen printing, so that the ink is completely attached to the glass surface to form various colors and patterns. Screen printed glass does not pollute, does not fade, bright colors, can replace wool glass, painted glass, etc.

Special-shaped glass

Low-emissivity Low-e glass is produced by plating one or two layers of 10-20 nm metal on the original piece of high-quality float glass by on-line high-temperature pyrolysis deposition or off-line vacuum magnetron sputtering.
