At the Zhenjiang base of China Grain Storage, Xing Chunning and his entourage visited the company's oil and grease storage and processing production line, product testing center and workers' home. She pointed out that the trade union of enterprises should make contributions around the structural reform of the company's supply side, hold skill competitions to encourage employees to carry forward the "craftsman spirit" based on their posts, and encourage employees to "use small inventions, small creations and small improvements to realize the great effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of enterprises." She said that the city's Federation of Trade Unions has clear thinking, innovative concepts, and concrete and solid measures, and the results are very obvious.
